Falling Walls Lab Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions is a world-class pitch showcasing the quality, diversity and passion of the most innovative minds taking part in the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions. It is organised by DG EAC with the collaboration of the Falling Walls Foundation.
On 30th September 15 MSCA fellows from different actions will present online – in just 3 minutes each – their breakthrough, research topic, innovation, social initiative, business model, or idea and compete for a spot at the global Falling Walls Lab Finale in Berlin – where they get to interact with the world's movers and shakers of science, business, and policy-making and have the opportunity to become one of the Breakthrough Winners of the Year.
This year's candidates will present their breakthroughs to find sustainable replacements for plastics, use heatwaves for new imaging techniques or even revolutionize the treatment of cancer and diabetes, among many other exciting topics.
