A research project corresponds to a proposal of a technical solution, methodological and strategically guided on a theme, a problem or a problematic system, theoretically formulated, necessarily leading to an academically recognized product in the scientific community to whom the components belong.
New proposals can be presented for its registration at any moment of the year through SIPPRES, bidding on funds and budgetary resources only those that have presented them in the due annual dates assigned by the Vice Rector’s Office, specifically in May.
