Once the assessment for promotion is managed in the Academic System in the Center of Academic Assessment (CEA, for its acronym in Spanish), on a voluntary basis, the professor can request an evaluation from the research, there are deadlines set according to the dates of request. This evaluation is considered for the final average in the Academic System. The maximum mark that can be gotten is 10, which equals 3 points to the CEA and the minimal mark is 8, which equals 1 point to the CEA. In order to request such evaluation, there is a series of requirements already stipulated by this Vice Rector’s Office and a form that must be filled in by the professor concerned.
