National Center in Food Science and Technology (CITA, for its acronym in Spanish)

It offers solutions and useful tools to raise the competitiveness levels of national and regional agri-food sector through research, teaching and food science and technology transference. It provides services in quality management in the food industry, analytical and marketing services, and develops the Rural and Small Business Agroindustrial Development Program (PYMES-DAIR, for its acronym in Spanish).
