We are pleased to invite you to submit research papers to the 19th International Educational Technology Conference (IETC) which will be held between August 7-8, 2019 in George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, USA. This congress is a combined academic event of Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa, The Association of Science, Education and Technology (TASET), Sakarya University, Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT), and Governors State University in USA.  
The main aim of the IETC Conference is to bring together scholars, researchers, educators, students, professionals and other groups who are interested in education and technology to present their works in this academic platform.
