We have been recently notified by DG R&I of your nomination as Third country MSCA National Contact Points (NCPs) under Horizon Europe.
We are very happy to see that many of you were MSCA NCPs under Horizon 2020 and will remain under this new framework programme. We would like to warmly welcome the newcomers who will reinforce the MSCA NCP network around the world.
The list of newly nominated NCPs is published on the Funding and Tenders Opportunities Portal (FTOP).
The main Horizon Europe Work Programme was adopted on the 15 June 2021. The calls for Postdoctoral Fellowships, Doctoral Networks, MSCA and Citizens, NCP and INCO (international cooperation) opened on the 22 June 2021.
The Call deadlines are:
Doctoral networks: 16 November 2021
Postdoctoral Fellowships: 12 October 2021
MSCA and Citizens (NIGHT): 7 October 2021
NCP call: 31 August 2021
INCO-call: 5 October 2021

COFUND and Staff exchanges calls will be opened on 12 October 2021 (deadline 9 February 2022) for COFUND and 7 October 2021 (deadline 9 March 2022) for Staff Exchanges.
We hold the 1st NCP meeting and REA training on the 10-11 June. You will be able to access all presentations and recordings on CircaBC very shortly. An invitation to join the HE MSCA national Contact Points Interest group created in CIRCABC will be sent to you in that respect.
In CircaBC you will have the opportunity to access all relevant documents (presentations, minutes of meetings, visuals). If you do not have yet an EU login account, please create it via the CircaBC website https://circabc.europa.eu/ui/welcome by clicking on "create EU login account" and by filling in the form fields.
You will also receive in due time an invitation to join the Horizon Europe MSCA NCP network group in Teams. We however hope to be able to held the next NCP meeting foreseen in November this year physically in Brussels.

- The Net4Mobility+ website. The N4M+ project is a MSCA project which aims to facilitate the cooperation among NCPs for MSCA, by sharing good practices, organising trainings on MSCA and on cross-cutting issues, producing guidelines and recommendations. Even if this project is ending on the 31 August, their website will remain accessible and you can already find a lot of useful information related to the MSCA under Horizon Europe. A new NCP project will be launched under Horizon Europe, starting most probably at the beginning of 2022.
