TARGETING MYC DOSAGE COMPENSATION IN ANEUPLOID CANCER
Objetivos
THE CURRENT PROPOSAL INTENDS TO CONFIRM THE CIRCUITS OF MYC GENE DOSAGE COMPENSATION, CONFIRM ITS EXTEND ON CANCER PATIENT DATASETS, IDENTIFY OTHER COMPENSATED GENES UNDER THE POTENTIAL INFLUENCE OF MYC, INCLUDE THE LNCRNA LAYER OF REGULATION AND EVALUATE THE THERAPEUTIC POTENTIAL OF MIRNA SPONGES TO BLOCK MYC THE DOSAGE COMPENSATION CIRCUIT AND INDUCE CELL DEATH IN TUMOR CELLS WITH MYC AMPLIFICATION DUE TO ANEUPLOIDY.
