ISOTOPES IN ECOHYDROLOGICAL MODELS TO MANAGE LAND USE CHANGE IMPACTS (ISO-LAND)
Objetivos
RESPONDING TO THIS CHALLENGE, ISO-LAND AIMS TO DEVELOP AND TEST A NEW PHYSICALLY-BASED, SPATIALLY DISTRIBUTED ECOHYDROLOGICAL MODEL THAT USES ISOTOPE TRACKING TO EXPLICITLY PARAMETERISE SOIL-PLANT-ATMOSPHERE EXCHANGES, QUANTIFYING VEGETATION EFFECTS ON WATER PARTITIONING IN NATURAL AND MANAGED LANDSCAPES. THIS AIM SUBDIVIDES INTO THREE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES (O) WHICH MAP ONTO THREE WORK PACKAGES (WP).
