Santa Ana Experimental Farm (FESA, for its acronym in Spanish) has an approximate extension of 7.4 acres. It is located within the (Holdridge) Tropical Humid Forest.

This farm is under the administration of the Vice Rectory of Research. It has allocated 25% of the total territory to conservation. Its objective is to develop research, teaching and community outreach activities.
